We want to film your team doing the job, not just talking about it in an interview. We'll follow what's happening and ask a few questions while they work. Nobody needs to learn a script or pretend to be a presenter. We still make it look and sound good, but the work comes first. It's the approach Dean has used on shows like Emergency, Aussie Gold Hunters and The Block. Now we're bringing it to local businesses.

Dean has spent nearly 25 years filming people for factual television. Most of them aren't presenters. They're busy doing something, and the camera has to keep up.

HOW WE GET 28 VIDEOS FROM ONE DAY.
We're not setting up 28 separate shoots. We'll film several people across the day, each talking about the things they know best. We'll also film the work they're doing so we can show what they're talking about. Some videos will be a bit longer, while others might be a quick answer or a look at something happening on the job. Here's an example of how we might break them up.

03 / HOW IT WORKS
BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER FILMING.
01 / PLAN
First we'll have a proper chat. What jobs do you want more of? What do customers keep asking? Who on your team can talk about it? We'll put together 28 ideas, work out who we're filming and send you a plan for the day.
02 / FILM
We'll spend up to eight hours at one agreed Melbourne location, filming your people while they work. We'll talk to them as we go, and sometimes stop for a short piece to camera if that's the best way to explain something. We bring the cameras, microphones and lighting we need to do it properly.
03 / EDIT
We'll make eight videos of around 30 to 60 seconds and another 20 shorter videos of around 10 to 30 seconds. Each one is edited, captioned and finished with titles, colour and sound.
04 / DELIVER
You get 28 separate vertical videos, divided into four folders of seven. We'll agree on delivery dates before filming, and one round of changes is included.

PRE-PRODUCTION
A planning call, a list of 28 agreed topics, a filming schedule and a few notes to help everyone know what to expect.
SHOOT DAY
One eight-hour filming day with Dean at one location, including setup and pack-down. Camera, sound and lighting gear included.
POST-PRODUCTION
28 edited videos with captions, basic branded titles, music where it suits, and colour and sound work.
DELIVERY
Vertical MP4 files at 1080 x 1920, ready for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Sorted into four weekly folders.

The first booking is for three months. We invoice monthly in advance and agree on the shoot and delivery dates before we start.

WE MAKE THE VIDEOS. YOU POST THEM.
WHAT WE DON'T INCLUDE
We don't post to your accounts, manage social media, run ads or reply to comments. Extra filming days, locations, photography, raw footage, reshoots and other formats aren't included, but we can quote for those separately.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We'll need access to the workplace and the people we're filming, with enough going on to shoot. Any customer permissions need to be sorted before the day. We'll also need someone to check details and give feedback on the edits.
HOW FAST IS DELIVERY?
We'll agree on the filming date and when you'll receive the videos before we start. If you want to post from the first of the month, we'll need to shoot ahead of time.
WILL THIS BRING IN CUSTOMERS?
That's the aim, but no one can promise you sales from a video. A million views don't mean much if the people watching will never use your business. We'd rather someone nearby who's looking for what you do see your work and decide to give you a call. Getting the videos in front of those people also depends on how and where you post them.
